"Make your health and fitness a priority; it’s your choice, your action, your life!!!!" Yolanda holds an Associates Degree in Science and nutrition and a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology (exercise science). She coached track and field for 13 years. Her training specialties are weight loss, strength and conditioning, and body building. Yolanda is currently a part of the National Physique Committee (NPC); and has been competing competitively in body building figure for the past 3 years. Through her journey to be successful she has found that dieting and exercise aren't the only key; she had to make some life changes and sacrifices. Yolanda had to make a choice for a different way of life to achieve her health and fitness goals. |
